Allergy and Asthma Herbal Tincture from Purify Your Body

Here is some information about our amazing
Allergy Herbal Formula! This is one of my favorite formulas (although I really love them all!). Let's tell you a little bit more about this formula and how to best use it to your advantage. These ingredients will help with hay fever type symptoms, including watery, itchy eyes, nose and sneezing. If you have mild asthma, this formula would work as well, especially combined with the respiratory formula.

Now, the dosage and how to take it.

Dosage: Take 10-30 drops as needed in juice or tea, up to once per hour. You CAN take under your tongue if you want. It is just easier to get down when putting in juice. You can take it every day to help prevent allergies during hay fever season, or only as needed.

Why are tinctures a preferred method of taking herbs? Because tinctures are potent! You don’t waste your money on pills that have been in the manufacturing process for months / years and lose potency! With an alcohol base, the tinctures pull out all the medicinal benefits of the plant, and preserve them naturally for you! They don’t lose potency over time. If you forget about this formula in your cupboard and find it in 5 years, you can still take it! It will still be potent! Isn't that cool?

A question I get asked a lot is about the dosage for kids or babies. For toddlers up to 3, 1/4 the dose would work, and for kids up to 12, 1/2 the dose. 12+ can take the adult dose.

Now, the ingredients.

Brigham Tea:  Not only is the Brigham tea plant great for seasonal allergies and asthma, it is a mild stimulant to the sympathetic nerves and has an effect on the body similar to adrenaline. It has a pronounced diuretic and decongestant effect and was used wherever urinary tract problems occurred.

Eyebright: Eyebright combines astringent and anti-inflammatory actions to produce an anti-catarrhal action. Eyebrigh is used for all types of eye inflammations and superficial injuries to the eye or surrounding tissue. Eye infections, weak eyes, dim vision, hay fever, colds, coughs, hoarseness, earache, headache with sinus congestion, basically all catarrhal conditions of the respiratory tract respond to this herb.

Nettles: One of the very few natural antihistamines. A chlorophyll-rich plant dense with nourishment. it is a powerful detoxifying, blood building tonic that can be used daily for overall vitality, even (especially!) when pregnant or nursing. also indicated for arthritis, myalgia, allergies, eczema, anemia, bleeding, hemhorrage, inflammation and any issue of the kidneys or excretory (+skin) system.

Oregon Grape: Contains berberine which possesses an array of cardiovascular properties, including antiarrythmic and vasodilatory properties
