But there are some of us (many of us, actually!) that do not detox properly. And that is where my detox foot pads come in, along with other ways to detox.
How do you know if you don't detox properly? Well, your liver may not be functioning up to par, and your kidneys may be overworked. You may not sweat like normal people do. (For instance, I could be in a sauna for almost an hour before starting to sweat -- something is wrong with that!).
And I learned a bit about MTHFR and methylation cycles, and how there are genetic mutations that make it so your body does not do its job properly, resulting in toxic overload. ReplyDeleteMy daughter, Charlie Grace, just turned 5. She has one blue eye and one green eye and two differently sized pupils. Last year, after being fine her whole life, she had hundreds of seizures a day for months. We got the seizures under control using frankincense but still dont know the cause. Doctors are at a loss. Foot pads are a big help, but we need to know more! She has a syndrome and mutations for sure... we just dont know what they are! I cant treat it without knowing more. Id love to win this!
