But it is not always possible to walk barefoot as much as we might need it. Right now there is snow on the ground and I am unable to walk barefoot, nor do I like walking barefoot in a neighborhood... maybe a park, but not regularly to get much benefit.
Thankfully there is something to help us out! There are earthing products that allow us to get the benefits of walking barefoot, in the comfort of our own home.

The really cool thing about this earthing mat is that it comes with a wrist band which is what I will be using the most. During the winter months, I sleep fully dressed in sweats and t-shirt so my bare skin doesn't really have the opportunity to be on the earthing mat or earthing sheet. So I am using the wrist band.
BENEFITS OF EARTHING INCLUDE:
