Here is some information about our amazing Allergy Herbal Formula! This is one of my favorite formulas (although I really love them all!). A question I get asked a lot is about the dosage for kids or babies. For toddlers up to 3, 1/4 the dose would work, and for kids up to 12, 1/2 the dose. 12+ can take the adult dose.

Brigham Tea:  Not only is the Brigham tea plant great for seasonal allergies and asthma, it is a mild stimulant to the sympathetic nerves and has an effect on the body similar to adrenaline. It has a pronounced diuretic and decongestant effect and was used wherever urinary tract problems occurred.

Eyebright: Eyebright combines astringent and anti-inflammatory actions to produce an anti-catarrhal action. Eyebrigh is used for all types of eye inflammations and superficial injuries to the eye or surrounding tissue. It is good for folks with adrenal issues, additional stress in their lives, even for a short period of time of high stress, or folks with thyroid issues. I have other formulas great for kids. 

Now, the ingredients. While most of the ingredients in this formula support the adrenals, in many cases of thyroid issues, it is the adrenals that are causing the thyroid problem. When you treat the adrenals, the thyroid naturally heals. This is the case in most all thyroid cases where your reverse T3 is high and your free T3 is low (what's that? your doctor only runs the TSH and T4 and T3 test? Well, that is too bad, as those don't tell you the whole picture! Go get the correct tests!!!).

Ashwagandha: An adaptogen. It is used to restore health to the nervous system and eases stress and mental exhaustion as it promotes mental clarity and improves memory and stamina.
