I have to say that there are a lot of folks out there who are very ill, even if they don't know it. And those who have been degrading their bodies for decades, following the steps below WILL help. Except it won't help overnight. It is a long-term change. If you have been polluting your body for 50 years, it may take YEARS of living healthy to make all the chronic illnesses go away. And, it isn't feasible to expect yourself to do every single one of these 10 things, right away. But, doing these things, following these steps, WILL help with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, lupus, gout, chronic illness, neurological disorders, migraines, weight gain, etc.
1. STOP putting toxins in your body. Stop eating fast food, canned/processed food, artificial sweeteners (especially diet soft drinks). Of course this is next to impossible, unless you go on a raw/organic diet, but do the best you can. Every little bit helps.
2. Take the toxins OUT of your body. Detox your liver, kidneys, do a bowel cleanse, a juice fast, detox foot pads, whatever you feel most comfortable doing to get the toxins out. (of course my detox foot pads are my choice method!)
3. Put wholesome nutrients INTO your body. An organic whole food supplement like Sea Silver or Sea Power Plus is the best, if you don’t eat enough fruits and veggies. Also, make sure you eat enough fiber!
4. Drink at least 75 oz. of purified, distilled, or spring water daily. Avoid city tap water if at all possible.
5. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Try to get at least some exercise every day.
6. Rest well. Shoot for 8 hours of sleep a night, preferably between 10pm and 6am.
7. Relax, meditate, pray. Whatever your spiritual beliefs are, try to spend at least a few minutes a day relaxing, meditating or praying. De-compress.
8. Smile and Laugh. Not only is laughter contagious, it lifts your mood, decreases stress and makes you more beautiful.
9. Love. Love yourself and others.
10. Do a kind deed for someone. Niceness and charitable actions will improve your mood, your health and your heart.
