Mr Oxygen's OxyFlush, OxyLift and OxyEarth

I first learned about Mr. Oxygen (Ed McCabe) probably in the early 1990s when my stepmom read his book, Oxygen Therapies. It was not an easy read, but it was interesting. And although I was in my late teens / early 20s at the time, I was intrigued about oxygen and ozone, and how it can help the body heal from disease.

About 10 years later, he came out with the book "Flood Your Body With Oxygen" which is a much easier read, and very interesting, too!! At this time, I found his products, OxyLift, OxyEarth and OxyFlush. And I started using them. I have been using them ever since.

I take OxyEarth and OxyFlush at bedtime. The OxyEarth has MSM and plant derived minerals, which I know I am lacking in. The OxyFlush is a magnesium oxide (hydroxide) that helps with colon cleansing and regularity. The way it cleanses your bowels is to liquefy any compacted matter in your colon (it could be backed up from decades ago!) without dehydrating you. Depending on the amount you take, your bowel movements will be anywhere from soft to liquid.

The OxyLift is liquid drops, that contain trace minerals, oxygen, enzymes, etc. And you put them in water or juice and they invigorate you and give you energy (so you don't want to use the drops in the afternoon or evening).
