How to Nebulize Colloidal Silver

 One of the most common questions I get asked, especially during this time of COVID-19, is how to nebulize colloidal silver.

Since I sell the most potent form of silver that exists in the world, and it is 100% pure colloidal silver, it works great to nebulize. 

I know there are protocols for hydrogen peroxide and iodine and saline, but this post is specifically for JUST nebulizing colloidal silver. Specifically, Nutranasilver. And do it separately, don't combine, even with saline. Just distilled water and Nutranasilver. And if you don't have distilled water, and need to do a nebulizer treatment, purified water, filtered water, etc. will do until you get some distilled water. I have heard it is hard to find in some places (distilled water). So do your best until you can get your hands on some.

Here's the protocol:

Because the reservoir in each nebulizer is different, the main concept is to put the drops of Nutranasilver in the reservoir first, and then add some water to it. I have found that I can't fill my reservoir more than halfway. Sometimes I only fill it 1/4 of the way (I eyeball it). Because it takes SO long to nebulize when it is full. Over an hour! I don't have time for that. Your nebulizer may be quicker, or even longer. And the reservoir may be larger, or smaller than mine. 

1) For adults (and kids, aged 12+), start out with 30 drops in the reservoir (per treatment). You can work your way up to 60 drops in the reservoir, doing it 3x per day. For kids aged 3-11, do half the adult dose, and for kids aged under 3, do 1/4 the adult dose.

2) Put the drops in the reservoir as explained above. Add the water. I would suggest filling it halfway with the first treatment until you become familiar with how fast or slow your nebulizer takes.

3) This whole reservoir full is one treatment. With the silver, I recommend doing up to 3 treatments per day, 6-8 hours in between treatments. You CAN do other treatments in between (for example, hydrogen peroxide or iodine, etc). But just plan on doing up to 3 treatments with Nutranasilver.

Q: How does NutraSilver compare to the silver solutions you can make at home?
A:  The silver solutions you can make at home are ionic in nature. They are not true silver colloids, and they have a larger particle size and smaller particle surface area. Colloidal particles, when present in sufficient concentration, absorb visible light causing the colloid to exhibit an “apparent color”. The apparent color is the complement of the absorbed wavelength. Silver ions do not absorb visible light and therefore appear as clear colorless liquids.

All “colloidal silver generators” on the market produce ionic silver. There is no equipment for sale by any manufacturer that will produce ‘true colloidal silver’ consisting of silver nanoparticles.

Q: I read on a website that ionic silver is better than colloidal silver?
A:  You probably read that from a website that is trying to sell you ionic silver. Maybe what they meant is that ionic silver is better than silver proteins (which are many times mislabeled as colloidal silver solutions). In that case, yes, ionic silver is better.  Perhaps the most impressive ability that NutraSilver has is that it can be safely diluted without sacrificing effectiveness. You can literally dilute one 30 mL bottle of NutraSilver with distilled water and make 38, 8 ounce bottles of the 10 ppm ionic silver – which comes out to less than $1 per a bottle. Just 13 drops in 8 ounces of distilled water and you’ve got the equivalent to the normal store-bought ionic silver. NutraSilver, when compared this way is hugely less expensive than store-bought products.

There is really no comparison between ionic silver and colloidal silver. Ionic silver is a lot cheaper to make, yet manufacturers jack up their price. If you are paying more than $10 per 8 oz bottle of the clear ionic silver, then you are paying way too much for what you are getting.

That being said, ionic silver is not “bad” — it just isn’t as potent as a pure colloidal silver such as NutraSilver. It is great for cuts and scrapes and even as a deodorant! Since it is clear in color (the easiest way to tell whether it is a colloidal silver or ionic silver) it won’t stain your clothes if you put it in a spray bottle and use it as an underarm deodorant.

Q: Does NutraSilver kill beneficial “good” bacteria?
A:  Regarding NutraSilver killing the good gut bacteria, you don’t have to worry. When taken orally, 98% is absorbed in the stomach and 2% in the small intestine, and 0% in the large intestine where the good gut flora reside.

Q: Is NutraSilver safe for pregnant or nursing mothers?
A:  Yes, NutraSilver has no toxicity whatsoever. 

Q: Will taking NutraSilver for long periods of time make my skin turn blue?
A:  No. NutraSilver will NOT make your skin turn blue. The silver product to avoid is Silver Proteins, as discussed in the next question. Due to the high concentration of large silver particles, silver protein products are known to cause argyria, a condition that causes the skin to turn blue-gray. The US Federal Register listed the silver products that cause argyria as: silver salts, including silver nitrate, silver arsphenamine, silver chloride and possibly silver iodide (all forms of silver proteins).

Q: Isn’t a high ppm a bad thing?
A:  Most products claiming to be high concentrations of  colloidal silver (typically in the range of 30 to 20,000 ppm) are in fact silver proteins. AVOID THESE.

When talking about colloidal silver, a high ppm shows the potency of the silver. Of the three types of colloidal silver, silver protein products have the lowest particle surface area for a given silver concentration, making the silver inaccessible for safe human absorption and less effective for human use. So this is why you want to really do your research as to what really goes in to the product you are going to buy. AVOID Silver Proteins.

NutraSilver is a true colloidal silver, and does not contain any silver proteins. It is perfectly safe and extremely effective at the 3600ppm concentration.

The Best Colloidal Silver is NutraSilver

I use colloidal silver for so many things. I use NutraSilver in particular.

 
I use it for the following things in my household:

1. Food poisoning. I live in a 3rd world country currently, and the hygienic standards in food preparation are not as high as they are in the United States. Nonetheless, I still like to eat out, and occasionally get sick. (three times in the past 10 months). A dose or two of NutraSilver and I am fine.

2. Pink eye. Holy cow this stuff is amazing (and safe) to use to kill pink eye. One or two doses and that is all it takes. A drop in each eye. I use it on my dog, too! Twice in the past 9 months he has had a goopy eye that is super bloodshot. I put this in his eye and he is fine the next morning.

3. Sinus infections. I can't say I have ever had a sinus infection before. But my husband has them chronically due to the way his sinus cavities are formed. The best relief for chronic sinus infections is NutraSilver, according to him.

4. When I am sick. Occasionally I get sick -- a cold, virus, bacterial infection. I recently had an infection in my lymph nodes (under my arms) and the doctor wanted to give me antibiotics. I asked her if I could take colloidal silver instead and she said sure, that would work as well. (I LOVE how open the doctors are here in Panama about natural cures!) After 2 days it is completely gone, no more pain or tenderness.

5. Fungal toe. I have a fungal toenail that I have had for over 30 years. At least as long as I remember. When I was a 3 year old, I use to bite my toenails and rip the cuticles to shreds (gone are those days of that type of flexibility!!) As a result of this, I got an infection in that toe that resulted in blood poisoning. My dad saw a blue streak running up my leg, and rushed me to the hospital. I think somehow a fungus got into that toe during that infectious process, and this is going to be a killer to get rid of. But I just started putting the silver on the toe. It will probably take months, but if it works, I am going to dedicate a whole blog post to it.

6. Ear infections. This is good for little ones, too, because you don't want them on antibiotics unless something is life threatening. A drop in each ear, twice a day. It works SO well. I just want to tell all my friends who have babies that get constant ear infections to just TRY the NutraSilver.

7. UTIs (Urinary tract infections) and Yeast Infections. Seriously this stuff rocks-- you do NOT want to be without NutraSilver when battling a yeast infection or a UTI. Take internally and use externally.

Other uses for it that I don't have personal experience with but my customers do:

8. Lyme disease. I have one customer whose wife is very sick with late stage Lyme disease. It is extremely debilitating and can mimic other diseases (so you don't get the correct diagnosis) and it is super hard to diagnose itself as those little spirochete bacteria are sneaky buggers and hide in your organs, spinal fluid, etc. and may not show up on typical tests. By using a high dose of NutraSilver (working your way up -- you don't want to start at a high dose of 60 drops 3x a day right from the get go), symptoms start to disappear and you get your life back again.

9. Morgellons disease. This is why I started offering NutraSilver for sale. Many folks out there were finding they had the symptoms of Morgellons disease -- which is a very scary new disease with the following symptoms: bugs crawling under your skin in your eyes and head, fibers coming out of your skin, (fibers that won't burn! they look like the little fluffs from clothing but they won't burn even in 500 degree temps!), brain fog, insomnia, panic, and itchy lesions around your skin that don't heal. NutraSilver does not CURE Morgellons, unfortunately, it only allows the symptoms to go away so you can live your life. about 75% of my customers who order NutraSilver use it for this purpose.

10. MRSA and other drug resistant infections. Because of the overuse and abuse of antibiotics, many bacterial infections are hard to beat with antibiotics these days. But these little pesky drug resistant parasites cannot win against the potency of NutraSilver!

How Do I Know NutraSilver is a True Silver Colloid?
 
There are three types of "silver products" that companies label (sometimes inappropriately) as "colloidal silver". They are ionic silver solutions, silver proteins and true colloidal silver.

Ionic silver solutions.  Most of the products you find online or at a health food store that are labeled and sold as colloidal silver are actually ionic silver solutions. This also includes the "homemade" silvers that people make with silver generators they purchase and use at home.

You can tell if your silver is ionic if it is clear like water, or has a slight yellow tint. These products are clear because silver that is dissolved in water has no visible appearance. Companies selling these products will maintain that colloidal silver should look clear, but this is not accurate. These companies claim their product is "true colloidal silver" in an attempt to confuse you. But if the product is clear, then it is ionic silver, not a true silver colloid.

To figure out whether a solution is ionic silver, just add common table salt to 1 oz of the silver. If it is ionic silver, the salt will combine with the silver ions and create a white, cloudy appearance. To form a cloud that is visible requires a sufficient concentration of silver ions to be present (usually around 10ppm or above). When you add more salt, it will become more dense until all the silver ions have combined with the chlorine ions.

However, sometimes no white cloud will form because some of these "solutions" don't contain any silver at all, or too little to note. There have been some lab analyses that have shown some "silver" products contain no silver at all!

Silver Proteins. These are the second most prevalent type of "so-called" colloidal silver products on the market. They consist of a combination of metallic silver particles and a protein binder, and can be made by simply adding water to silver protein powder that is sold by many chemical companies. Most of the products on the market that claim to be high in concentration are in fact silver protein colloids. 

This type of silver is less effective for human use because of the particle size. You'd be better off with ionic silver. This type of silver can cause argryia, a condition that causes the skin to turn a blue-grayish color.

To find out whether the "silver" you have is a silver protein, just try shaking the bottle. If it produces foam above the liquid then this is the single most reliable indicator it is a protein vs. a true silver colloid. 

The color ranges from light amber to almost black with an increasing concentration of silver.

True Colloidal Silver. These are the least prevalent type of silver on the market due to high degree of manufacturing complexity and the high cost of production. The majority of silver content in colloidal silver is in the form of silver particles. True colloids will typically contain more than 50% particles while the balance will be silver ions. When referring to colloidal silver, the word colloid means silver particles. 

Because of the high concentration of silver particles, true silver colloids are never clear like water. The silver particles block light from passing through, making the liquid appear darker.
